Customer Service Store Policies Pamper Me Lovely offers the following Returns Policy: We PROMISE that the item listed in this auction is exactly as stated or Your Money Back! All items are thoroughly checked before shipment. If by chance there is a problem with your item, you need to email us within 3 days of receiving your item. After contact with us, item must be sent back to us within 10 days in the same condition & original packaging that it was sent, with all papers(if applicable). If item is not received by us within 10 days, a refund will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS! If item is received by us within the time stated, a refund will be given, MINUS shipping charges. If damages occured by shipping service, a claim will need to be filed before refund is honored. If Insurance was NOT purchased at time of sale(OPTIONAL), a Refund CANNOT be honored. If item is returned for no reason, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and subtracted from total refund. SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED. We have the right to deny a non-qualified return. |
